1) The revised and extended description of the network already at the NERA-website was discussed and agreed upon.

2) It was decided that the name of the network in the future shuld be "Literacy Research Network".

3) It was suggested that Lars Holm continued to undertake the task as convenor. He accepted the suggestion.
